- PROPERTY INVESTMENTS
Pretoria
Business Brokers has joined forces with various Investment
businesses. We will in future offer various other
opportunities specializing in Property Syndications. The
latest opportunity exists in a "16 Shopping
Centres/buildings opportunity". This opportunity is
sold with a full legal Prospectus.
ENGLISH
1)You will receive a annual interest return of just under
10% on your money (i.e. point 835% per month) from the day
that your payment has been received.
2) You will receive a monthly escalation of 0.35% on your
income starting May 2009 (effective date) for a period of
5 years
3) Monthly Interest is paid straight into your bank
account at the end of every month
4) The Overhead Lease agreement ensures the clients
income, which will bring the total income over the 5 year
period on 55.47%. This return is contractually secured.
5) A Buy Back guarantee ensures the clients capital
growth. The buyer will buy the buildings back at 9.75%
return if the shareholders agrees to accept his offer,
which will result in a total Capital growth of 32%
6) If a client chooses to re-invest all income on a
gauranteed product for 5 years, the returns should be
doubled.
AFRIKAANS
1) Vanaf datum van die deposito in die Trust Prokureur se
rekening, ontvang die klient rente inkomste van 10% per
jaar op die leningsrekening.
2) Vanaf Mei 2009 wat die effektiewe datum is, sal die
inkomste op ‘n maandelikse basis met 0.35% eskaleer, vir
‘n termyn van 5 jaar.
3) Rente is op 'n maandelike basis betaalbaar, direk in
die klient se bank rekening aan die einde van elke maand.
Die oorhoofse Huurkontrak verseker die klient se inkomste,
wat die totale inkomste oor die 5 (vyf) jaar te staan
bring op 55.47%. Dit is ‘n gegewe opbrengs wat
kontraktueel verseker is.
4)Die terugkoop Ooreenkoms verseker die klient se kapitale
groei. Die koper sal die geboue terugkoop teen 9.75%
indien die aandeelhouers besluit om die aanbod te aanvaar,
wat die totale kapitale groei te staan bring op 32%.
5) Die aandeelhouer se totale gemiddelde opbrengs
(inkomste en kapitale groei) sal 17.22% per jaar wees.
6) Indien die inkomste herbelê word op ‘n gewaarborgde
produk vir 5 (vyf) jaar behoort die klient sy opbrengs te
verdubbel.
