Marketers are expected to be SELF motivated and to work hard!
The harder you work the more money you WILL make. You do not need to be a salesperson.
All you do need to do is to speak to people and tell them about our excellent products!

This is NOT a gimmick or fancy idea! It is a excellent Marketing strategy!
The client invests in a solid product that works.
In return for a small payment we do a lot of work for the client.
Our product is inexpensive and all inclusive - the client gets everything in one package!

This is how it works

1. Marketers are expected to contact potential clients, either by phone or in person.

2. We focus on the following two categories
a) Small and Medium sized business that cannot afford to spend fortunes on Marketing.
b) Clients who want to sell products of value e.g. an Expensive Sports car, expensive boat, caravan, farm or property. Many people are facing serious financial problems and need help to solve their problems. Selling items of value is their answer.

We can help people who already have Websites just as effectively as those without.

A  Estate agents know that they MUST advertise to survive. An estate agent who wants to sell a house valued at R1 million, could earn at least R50 000 when they sell the property. Paying a small advertising fee to earn R50k is a bargain!
B  Guest house owners must advertise. The more they advertise, the higher their occupancy rates will be. Owning a guest house but not having guests is suicide.
C The Small business owner who does not yet have a website-Our adverts are as good as any website, but because of the marketing of the website attached to it, it is much more effective.
D The Business who needs to advertise and Market their products and push traffic to their websites.

Our rate for all the above is only R1 999 for a FULL YEAR.

Your job is so simple-Tell and help clients to complete this form and to make their payments!

* The last little block on the form makes provision for your name as the Marketer who marketed our "Marketing strategy" to them and should be completed. If a client forget to enter your details, we will correct it on our side and you will still get your commission.

7. Photos and logos can be emailed to us (images smaller than 200kb please).

8. All payments MUST be made before adverts will be placed or websites developed.
We are happy to assist clients to pay the Marketing fee over 2 months. Deposit of R999 at least!

Commission!

  • Marketers receive 20% commission for every successful sale

  • Commission is paid out every Friday (or the last working day of the week)

  • Marketers receive 20% commission when clients renew their adverts/websites

Commission date

  • The last Friday of every month electronically transferred into your Bank account. When necessary we will pay weekly to assist Marketers with their cashflow.

How do we suggest you start Marketing the product?

Well its quite simple. To start we suggest that you look for existing advertisers, in books, magazines, flyers, street pole adverts or even the yellow pages. People who already advertise believe in advertising.

Once you have accumulated some information, phone the clients and tell them what we have told you above.
Follow up with an email to confirm what you have already told the client over the telephone
BUT remember people do not buy from Emails. They will also not phone you!
 PHONE THEM. Re-confirm the power and need for the advert (people do by nature like to procrastinate ending in "no decisions"). Answer any questions and explain to them what they do not yet understand. Take down their details. You may choose to refer them to the online Advertising form at address www.Listall.co.za/adverts. Request them to complete and submit the online form, completing your name in the field created for the Name of the Marketer who spoke to them).  Our Banking details are displayed to them when clients submit the form and is again emailed to them when thanking them for their support and for doing business with us. 

We do also send all clients a TAX Invoice allowing them to deduct this Investment as a Business expense against their Taxes. Closed Corporations pay Tax at a rate of 28%. Making this marketing Investment effectively means that the Receiver of Revenue will pay 28% of the premium for your clients meaning that the R1 999 package effectively only costs R1 440 to your clients (R120 per month)

What about clients who do not yet have a Website

We offer the same benefits for the same price and we build our own adverts/web pages for all clients.

Contract

We sign an agreement with all our Marketers. You will be working as a Sub Contractor with us, effectively running your own Business. We will not deduct ANY money from your commission. Marketers Web Page

We create a Special web page for each marketer. At least one photo of the Marketer as well as a short CV will be placed on the web page. Marketers can refer clients to their pages if they want to confirm the authenticity of the Marketer.

Q: Will you type information over from documents or books?

A: No sorry, typing is very time consuming. If it is only a few lines, we will do it! Information must please be provided to us in electronic format. The clients may also type it into their advert themselves on www.Listall.co.za/adverts

Q: Will you make a link on the Web Page to our website?

A: Yes we will certainly do it - please provide the correct website address

Q: Can I market anything?

A: Yes you may advertise any service, product on your own personal website!

Q: Do I have to sell a certain number of adverts to receive payment?

A: No, you will receive payment for every completed sale

Q: Are there any catches?

A: No, it is a straight forward product, selling for a brilliant price

Q: Why so cheap?

A: We handle large volumes with low mark-ups rather than few sales with high mark-ups.

Q: Can I continue with my current employment and do this part time?

A: Yes, you are most welcome to do this part time

Q: Do I need to be an experienced tele-marketer to sell this product/service?

A: You need no experience of telesales experience, but a basic understanding of the Internet and Search engines would be very advantageous

Q: When will I receive my first commission and how will it be paid to me?

A: You will receive your first commission as soon as we receive payment from your first client. Commission will be paid straight into your bank account after close of business on Friday afternoons and should reflect in your account soon thereafter. If you prefer we will pay on the last Friday of each month.

Q: May I sell in any area?

A: Yes, marketers are not bound to certain areas or specific types of clients. It's free for all!

Q: What paperwork is required?

A: None - Let the client complete there details online on www.Listall.co.za/adverts or do it for them

-If a client wants to pay monthly by debit order (the R499 option only).
In this case the Debit Order forms should be obtained from the applicable Bank, signed by the client, a copy kept and the original given to the specific Bank.
